CCTV recordings are overwritten after 31 days. Footage needed, or likely to be needed, as evidence may be retained for longer. The relevant CCTV Manager will decide the additional retention period on a case-by-case basis.
We may also retain certain information in order to conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. However, we will not retain your personal data for longer than reasonably necessary.
Your rights in respect of your personal data
You have rights in respect of the personal data that we process about you, where applicable under data protection legislation. These may include:
